Exchanges and Returns

We want our customers to always be satisfied, so if you want to exchange or return a piece, we accept the product purchased on the website priscilatorresdesign.com.br or directly through the brand's Instagram.

The exchange/return can be made as long as the product is not used and is still in its original packaging, and whose return request is made within 7 days after receipt and the exchange within 30 days after purchase.

The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, including the bag, label and tag still attached to the piece.

We do not accept any damaged items such as scratched, scuffed, worn, stained with any chemical or paint, or that are not packaged properly.

The cost of returning the product for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer and we cover the shipping fee for the new exchanged part to you.
