1. WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BAGS AND ACCESSORIES MADE OF?
All our pieces are made of leather and have cotton lining.

2. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We serve by appointment at Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 547, 2nd floor, Ipanema - RJ. Opening hours Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 - Saturday 10:00 to 14:00.
We also have a point of sale at Casa da Vila on Rua Tavares de Macedo 194, house 6 Icarai in Niterói. Opening hours from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.

3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time for the parts varies according to the zip code, carrier and the shipping method chosen by the customer. To calculate the value and delivery time of the product, simply enter your zip code in the field available in the shopping cart.
*For purchases over R$1,200.00, shipping is free and we send via PAC within 5 to 7 business days. Collections made at our address have a period of up to 2 business days and are free of charge.

4. HOW ARE DELIVERIES MADE?
Our deliveries are made by Post, PAC or Sedex according to the customer's choice, or carriers. The values ​​and delivery times are calculated directly by the companies themselves.

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE A DELIVERY?
It is not possible to schedule delivery.
If your request is urgent, it must be arranged via WhatsApp with our customer service team to arrange delivery via motorcycle courier, if it is in RJ. Deliveries are made mainly during business hours.
It is possible to schedule the collection of the product at our address, just arrange it with our customer service team via WhatsApp.

6. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated according to your order, zip code and shipping method chosen by the customer. After choosing your item, on the shopping cart page you can
calculate the shipping cost of your shipment. Simply enter your zip code in the shipping field and click "Calculate".

7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
After choosing your items and choosing your payment method, you will be asked for the delivery address. For orders already placed, the change in address must be communicated by email to priscilatorres@priscilatorresdesign.com.br or to our customer service team via WhatsApp (21) 99636-9400. Please note that we can only change the shipping address for orders that have not yet been shipped.

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER ABROAD?
We are working to soon start international shipping, which will be done through Correios or DHL.

9. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT AND INSTALLMENT METHODS?
Today we accept credit card payments with up to 4 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$100.00, debit card and Pix. For Pix we offer a 5% discount.
Payment and installment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

10. WHAT IS THE CARD SECURITY CODE? WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
The card security code is three or four digits long and is located on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Diners cards, and on the front of American Express cards.

11. CAN I CANCEL, REMOVE OR ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Changes to your order can only be accepted if the order has not been sent and directly with our customer service team via WhatsApp (21)99636-9400.

13. HOW CAN I KNOW THE SIZE OF THE BAGS AND ACCESSORIES?
In the description of the pieces we have all the information about length, width, height and strap measurements. And in the photos you can also see the proportion with the model's body.

14. DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PIECES?
Today we do not work with customizing pieces.
